One B- on my transcript

Ok so im a student who gets majority A-‘s a couple A’s and some B+’s. Ive had 2 B’s (freshman year). And this is in mostly ap classes. Im a senior and I got a B- in one of my AP classes. Is that going to kill my chances at my colleges? I applied to schools like Tufts, BU, NYU, Uc’s USC, etc.

I have taken 7 AP’s (my school only allows you to start taking them junior year, and need permission to take more thank 3 a year) while at a very academically challenging high school, I also have great EC’s + leadership. (Cum gpa of 4.05, act 32)

No, you’ll be fine with your target schools, especially if you’ve got a varied profile with ECs and leadership.

Is that GPA weighted or unweighted?

weighted

Colleges really look at unweighted so it’s hard to tell but I think if you apply to a bunch of schools that have around a 25-35% acceptance rate, you’ll get in to quite a few if you have good essays and strong EC’s.

even for schools like tufts?
