<p>if youre applying for soph standing, your hs gpa still has a decent amount if weight on it</p>
<p>go for it anyway knowing your chances might be lower. Having sharp essays with good reasons for transferring will be what make or break you.</p>
<p>You'd have a great shot as a junior transfer if you keep the GPA up and have decent SAT scores for the school.</p>
