<p>OK, I admit that I grew up in a rough neighborhood, where girls were assaulted. If police is not corrupt or prejudice, rape would be reported.</p>
<p>I am more concerned about due process, because in a situation, where “she said - he said”, boys have no venues to defend themselves.</p>
