I run varsity track
Member of FCA
work 30 hours a week during school year
I go to one of the most difficult schools in the nation
I'm also out of state </p>

<p>I have little clubs and extra curriculars because I work all the time and work to maintain my grades but I feel like that's going to hurt me more tan than help me at this point.
I do play a club/travel sport (soccer) as well.
I also come from a single parent home and travel four hours to and from my dads every other weekend </p>

<p>Your weighted and unweighted GPAs are very close, which typically means that you’ve taken limited rigorous Honors/AP/etc courses. That’s the big concern I would have about your profile.</p>

<p>So how many AP/Honors/etc courses have you taken? </p>

<p>I have taken three, several courses at my high school are named rigorous courses but without the honors weight. So when you do take an honors or an AP they are given more credit (colleges obsess over Northview) due to the nature of competition at my high school. </p>
