One more college list

Hi guys,

I'm a rising senior and need some help with finding target schools. I am primarily interested in architecture, but am also considering electrical engineering (thanks to my dad). I would like to go to a fairly well-rounded school (i.e. not technical school). I don't mind the location or size, as long as it's strong in academics and has a friendly atmosphere.

Here are my stats:

Public school in Oregon

GPA: 4.00 (unweighted); 4 AP junior year (and a course at community college), 6 AP senior year
SAT: 2330 (800 Math, 790 CR, 740 WR)
SAT subjects: 800 Chem, 800 Math 2, 760 French
PSAT: 2340, National Merit Semifinalist

EC: Speech and Debate (11, 12; maybe exec next year), 3rd at State (best I can do my first year)
National Honor Society (11: Junior Rep; 12: Co-president)
Model UN (11, 12)
Robotics (12)
Leadership Council (9,10)
Drama Club (9, 10: head of scenic design)

I moved from Canada to the US in the middle of sophmore year; that's why there's a break in my EC.

I will be considered an international student.

I've been doing art since I can remember and have a fairly competitive art portfolio.

I volunteer locally every summer (9:receptionist at senior center; 10:camp leader; 11:summer school tutor).

Also (if this info helps), I lived in China for 12 yrs before immigrating to Canada, and lived there for 4 yrs before coming to the US. I am going to talk about my experience with different cultures in my common app essay.

My first choice is MIT; I think it has a great b.s. architectural program and I learned at an information session that it's NOT a one-dimension school.

Here's my college list at the moment:

MIT
Yale
Columbia
Cooper Union?
Rice
Cornell
Wellesley
UT Austin
McGill (Canada)
U Toronto (Canada)
U Washington (Seattle)

As you can see, I don't have many match schools, and I would like to narrow down my reaches if possible. But first, I don't really understand what kind of schools I should consider to be my matches. Are Rice and Wellesley, for example, my matches or my reaches? Also, since I will be considered an international student, I don't know how competitive these schools will be for me. Any one have any idea?

Your opinion would be much appreciated. Thanks!
