One of those stupid questions

I know that the midyear report must be submitted eventually, but must it accompany the other application components for EA? It just doesn't seem as if the midyear report is needed as the school report is essentially the same. I'm confident that this information is on the website somewhere, but I am apparently too oblivious. Thank you

Midyear reports aren't required for SCEA.

I thought that you still have to send it anyway (for example, my school's first semester grades don't come out until the end of January).

Well they require your senior year grades at the end of the year if you're admitted RD. I imagine it's the same with SCEA (if you're admitted). If you're deferred, then yes, they will require your midyear report.

I so wish my school's grades came out early enough for SCEA-inclusion, but we have trimesters instead of semesters/terms. And my grades last spring term were not what I would have liked. Grr!
