One or two other schools I can add to this list?

Planning on majoring in Aerospace Engineering. 3.6 WGPA, 1800 SAT (590 CR, 620 M, 590 W), all right ECs, good essays, yadda yadda yadda

Cal Poly SLO
Cal Poly Pomona
UW-Seattle
UIUC
UC-Colorado Springs
San Jose State (safety)

What are one or two other good match schools for me? Location doesn't matter.

UIUC is a major reach. Try Purdue.

What about UC Davis?

Is money no object?

If money isn’t an issue, then yes, Purdue.

I’m sorry but your stats are too low for UIUC

-_- I know UIUC is a reach. What’s stopping me from applying though? I want one or two more match schools. I’ll check out Purdue, and I visited Davis and wasn’t very impressed, plus Sacramento is pretty boring

:)

You’re right, if you want to try, then go for it! However, if the application process is complicated (it may not be), then you may want to rethink it if your chances are quite low. Just saying. :)

You didn’t say whether money is no object. If money isn’t an issue, then there are many other choices, however, if your parents can’t pay $30k-50k per year, then other options need to be considered.

Doesn’t a Houston university have a good aerospace program. I’m thinking that because of NASA, it would. Does anyone know?

Auburn U http://www.eng.auburn.edu/aero/
