<p>It sounds like most of you are talking about the dorms at UCLA, but if anyone over the age of 22 is interested in dorming and will be attending UCB, check out the International House. It is not filled with 18 year olds, but will still give you that dorm experience. They accept upper division undergrads, exchange students, grad students, visiting scholars, post docs, and visiting professors. The split between int’l and US students is about 50/50. The age range tends to average around 23 I would guess, but there are people living here who are older. If you are 25, it won’t be weird at all. (I will say that it is more expensive than a room in a shared apartment, and it is even more expensive than private studios in Berkeley, but socially it is great. The location can’t be beat, either.)</p>
