<p>haha 3-4% refers to the percentage of OOS kids that currently go there. I'm pretty sure the actual OOS acceptance rate is 20-25% (based on last year). I doubt it would have changed that much in a year.</p>
<p>Some schools are offering to more OOS's for financial reasons. Wouldn't know whether that applies to UCLA.</p>

<p>3-4%: This is the percentage of OOS/Internationals in the entire undergraduate student body of UCLA, not just those who accept their offer of admission. This is not the acceptance rate either.</p>
