<p>So currently I am working for a local politician for his campaign, I know him well as I have met him multiple times. I want to get a letter of recommendation from him, and he has said he will write one, but can I still use it even though it's one year old. I'm a rising junior and next summer I will do another internship and if I feel I did well next year I'll use the updated one but can I use the one year old letter still?</p>
