Oneonta vs New Paltz vs Albany

didn't get into Binghamton's SOM for accounting/business major so which is better route to go for 5 yr MS/MBA accounting major?

1) Oneonta (no school of business/cert but acct or econ major) which has a 3-2 program with Bing but not sure how many actually make it.(also have 4-1 programs with RIT, Clarkson & Union College)

2) Go to New Paltz which has nice though not yet AACSB certified business school(? by 2012) with MBA programs

or

3) Albany U( certified AACSB) for accounting major but no Masters in Accounting

Sorry....don't know much about the comparison of business programs at those schools, however, I am partial to New Paltz since my son is transferring there. :)

Have you visited the schools and spoken with the various departments?

Yes, visited twice and and liked the campus and business school( also liked oneonta's campus) but just concerned about business school accreditations.

If you are looking for next fall, it may be too late, but it seems SUNY Oswego has what you are looking for- accredited 5 yr. BS/MBA program, with state of the art newly-renovated facilities:

SUNY Oswego - School of Business

Admittedly, I am prejudiced, as I am a grad. and my S. is there now (neither of us business though). He has friends who are business majors, all like the program, as far as I know. Seems like there are plenty of internships, chances to study abroad etc. ANd some of the best sunsets known to man!

Thanks for the heads up will check out Oswego.
