Online ACT Prep Companies

Have you ever taken an online ACT prep course? If so, which one? Would you recommend it? Are there any to avoid?

I have been looking around for topics on online prep, but there aren't really any companies that people highly recommend.

These are the following companies that I have found (in no particular order):

Testmasters.com - Online ACT Course

Prepme.com- PrepMe - Premium Online SAT, ACT, PSAT Test Prep

Princeton Review - ACT Online Courses | The Princeton Review

Kaplan - ACT Online Course

Barron's (seems less of a course) - ACT test prep and practice tests from Barrons

Peterson's - ACT Test - Peterson's

I know the ACT company makes online prep too. So, what do you think? It would be nice for this to become a resource for all as I have yet to see a comprehensive topic on online prep.

I would say that since the official book and Princeton Review are the most recommended ACT books, their courses would probably be the best ones too. I did the demo of PR’s course and it was pretty cool. I don’t know if there’s a demo of the official one, tho.

The PR one looks pretty good, though the Peterson’s one also seems nice. I have heard Peterson’s exams are actually impossible compared to the real thing. Hmmm
