Online AP Class in the Summer

Hello, I wanted to take AP Microeconomics online over the summer. I just wanted to know what websites offer this and would be able to transfer the grade/transcript to my public high school.

Johns Hopkins CTY offers this but it expensive ($1400). Please let me know what some other options would be.

Just curious, why do you want to take the class over the summer?

Also, maybe FLVS?

My school does not offer this course but I am interested in taking it. @IAmNotCreativ

Also, are there any other options besides FLVS and CTY?

FLVS would be your best option. If you’re like me and prefer online format, then FLVS will work perfectly

I did AP Psych through K12 (FOR FREE!) and honestly you have to be extremely motivated in order to do this like EXTREMELY MOTIVATED. I was not and did everything in the last 4 days they gave me, and still got an A but pulled 4 all nighters in a row right before school started for me, which was not a wise idea.

Do you live in California? Private message me if do and I’ll show you how I managed to get the course for free.

Hi, I am currently taking AP Microeconomics through an Online Charter School that is state-run although, you could probably take AP Micro on Virtual High School I think it’s about $500 or a little less. Very good programs.

There are many free ones on EdX: https://www.edx.org/high-school-initiative
Not sure what will be available in the summer though; some may be arcgived.
