Online AP course options

Hello! This is my first post! My DD will be a senior and has decided to do a high school alternative program this year. They don't offer any AP's there so she plans to take AP Euro online. Can anyone recommend a good online program? TIA!

not sure if they have AP courses, but check out Florida Virtual

Florida Virtual has several APs, but alas, no AP Euro:

[AP Courses from Florida Virtual School (FLVS)](http://www.flvs.net/areas/flvscourses/Pages/APCourses.aspx)

OP, good news:University of Missouri Online High School ([High School Credits | Online high School Diploma | MU High School](http://cdis.missouri.edu/high-school.aspx)) has an AP Euro class. ([Distance & Independent Study Online Courses | MU - CDIS](http://cdis.missouri.edu/ap-european-history-fall))

not so good news: it starts tomorrow!

while I was checking for you I realized that D’s online AP Stats class starts tomorrow as well! I thought is was later in the week for some reason…

My d took AP English Lang and AP US History through Aventa last year. She didn’t particularly enjoy the way the courses were set up, but she got a 5 on both tests (after thinking she’d bombed both of them) so they must have been OK.

is there places to take these courses over the summer

Try University of Mississippi’s Summer College for High School students. It is very reasonable, offers merit aid and offers two semesters of European history during the summer.

For reasonably self-motivated students: MIT’s OCW or iTunes University is awesome.
