i was thinking about taking ap comparative gov next year with virtual virginia (online) but due to an extra b this year that i didn't take into consideration, i would like to also add ap environmental science to my courseload next year making my ap count for junior year 4 (ap english, apush)

has anyone here taken an online ap, if so how was it?
i guess i wanna know if i can manage with 2 online and 2 in-class aps.

I’m taking 4 online APs with Virtual Virginia next year. I take PreCalc this summer. It’s more work, but with Time Management you can do anything.

I was considering self-studying AP Psych and AP environmental Science, does anyone recommend Virtual Virginia in place of self-studying?

im taking an online class next year (AP Computer Science). they let me try one out first and i enjoy it a lot.

Why I enjoy it:

I can go at my own pace. School goes too slowly for me. I feel as if I could learn a weeks worth of material on my own in an hour (or two). Online courses give me a weeks worth of material that I can complete at my own pace. I love that.

Its fun. You can talk to other people who are interested in learning like you (unless you are just doing it for colleges).

Study hall. I get a study hall to complete the class. If I finish all my work in 3 days, I get the next 2 days to work on other homework. Sweet deal.

is there less busy work and more reading?

So what other classes are you taking? (It makes a difference)

Virtual Virginia has your school pay for the fees. And you get a grade that’s potentially weighted.
