Maybe this is just me, and maybe I'm missing some section of the MyMIT app like a fool, but I'm having difficulties with representing my ECs in such a way that they truly represent me as whole. Right now, I'm placing my 5 most important activities, and they make me seem like a very narrow minded, Math/Physics/Programming kind of guy with no other activities to note. I mean, I made sure to express how deeply I've delved in these, and I mentioned my impressive accolades in the areas as well as leadership, but there's just so much more I do that I feel like i'm missing out on telling MIT about.

Any ideas as to how I can aid this? Of my 5 activites, only Tennis is not Math/Science/CS related.

It’s okay to like math and physics and programming. If you want to elaborate on your other activities you can use the Additional Information section.

Perhaps try to merge some of your math/physics/programming activities together, if you can. For example, if you achieved a perfect score on AMC10, scored a 14 on AIME, then qualified to MOP, you can probably just list MOP qualification, since it is the most prestigious.

You can also elaborate on your other activities on other parts of MIT’s app (short-answers, additional info, etc.).
