Online Application Questions? Please help! ASAP

i'm new to this online application thingy.

So, i'm applying to this college and then they're like that along with my application form which should be scanned and sent via email along with the secondary transcripts and all, i should send a counselor's letter. thing is my school has no counselor (i'm an egyptian student, though an "american" curriculum school, counselors are like barely existent here.) so, i was wondering, since i asked a teacher for a recommendation letter, would it act as an alternative for the counselor? or should she send it by email as said in the email she had received from the college?

ALSO, should i also send my essay along with my application? i uploaded my essay and all in the online application, so that means it's received right?

Also, regarding SAT scores, as i had found out, score get to colleges like weeks later, so does that mean if the scores arrive after the deadline, there's no chance?

thanks to anyone who helps :)

In lieu of a counselor, the letter should come from someone in the administration - principal, dean of students, etc. How the letter should be submitted will be in the application instructions. Yes, your essay should be included with your application. If everything is submitted online, there is generally a tracking application built into the software for you to check the status.

SAT scores do not arrive “weeks later,” unless you are counting from the testing date. Each school will have posted its last acceptable testing date, and if you follow the instructions for sending the scores, you should be fine.

@skieurope‌ so basically, my teacher has to send the recommendation letter via email, right? and i don’t have to worry about them receiving the scores, either? their deadline is nov. 15th, so that’s why i’m kinda, nervous, i’d say.

If you are following the application instructions, you should be fine.

@skieurope‌ alright then. thanks a lot :)
