<p>Is it a good idea to take online classes? I was thinking of taking some. </p>

<p>It matters what you want to take. I've taken a few courses with EPGY. The math courses are excellent. The physics courses are not so hot. All courses are rather expensive, however.</p>
<p>It depends on why you're taking them, which subject they're in, how much previous experience you have with the subject, who's offering it, who's teaching it, and a lot of other factors.</p>
<p>If you are a high school student taking the course to prepare for college, it would be better to take a regular course at your local college. If there is no college near you, then an online course would be your only option. If you are interested in science, try a course in calculus. The cost depends on public or private.</p>
<p>I'd recommend against EPGY. I'm taking physics C and I'm getting an A, so obviously it's too easy. I suck at physics!</p>
<p>The math classes might be fine, though, I wouldn't know.</p>
