<p>Alright this question is bugging me, its number 14 on section 4, The primary purpose of Passage 1 is to... alright I can see why the answer is C, it totally makes sense, history shows a sense of position it give benefits and provides us to unite with one another. But I don't get why they say D is wrong "clarify misconceptions about history", ok I understand its wrong but it says there are NO misconceptions clarified in the passage. I would disagree with this because the first sentence says that history is thought of the past but instead the author says its the bridge between the past and future.</p>
<p>So my question is , why is D wrong and what exactly is the explanation if I do think there IS a misconception when the CB says there are NONE in the passage.</p>
