Online Courses, Self-Paced, and GPA?

I’ve been homeschooling myself for a little less than 2 years, and I learnt from taking online courses (MOOCs) and other online resources.
I have 2 courses that I took at regular pace, and got a grade and Statement of Accomplishment (98.8% & 100%; a medical course (CPR) and a Calculus 1 course).
However, for the rest of the courses I took self-paced courses and don’t have a grade for them.

How do I fill out my GPA / grades for these courses?

My info:

I’ve taken SAT + SATII tests:

SAT: 2210; 740 CR, 760 M, 710 W
SAT II: 670 Chem, 640 MathII, 600 Phys

I want to apply to:

Schools:
• Carnegie Mellon
• Georgia Institute of Technology
• MIT
• Purdue University
• Rochester Institute of Technology
• University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
• University of Michigan
• University of Pennysylvania

as an EE/CS major.

I have ECs too, my “chance” thread with all my info is here: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/discussion/comment/18979726#Comment_18979726

Thanks!

Was you online highschool called James Madison/Ashworth? I was having this similar issue when I applied the other day. I just talked to the admissions lady and she told me just to send my transcripts. Speaking to your school or admissions advisor may help.
