<p>What are some good online class/lesson to learn a second language? Spanish specifically.</p>
<p>This isn't related to learning the Spanish language online, but I take the German language in the online class format (through Oklahoma State University) and I can say learning a foreign language online has it's pros and its cons. I have gone through three semesters of German and I can say that I can read the language pretty well; however, my speaking skills are extremely limited. My writing is a tad better, too. My last German language course was mainly literature based, so that maybe explains why I can essentially pick up a German novel and start reading, but cannot speak the language worth a damn. I enjoy the language and the course, but I feel left out on the speaking. Doesn't your school offer Spanish classes? Practically every high school does because of the demand of the language. What is causing you to take Spanish online?</p>
