Online Physics Course in Community College for high school student

So my school only offers one AP class, AP Bio for senior year. The scheduling made it that AP bio and Physics Honors are in the same block meaning I had to choose between them.<br>
Considering as there is only one AP class offered, I decided to take that. However, it meant I would’ve spent high school without a physics class.

I’m part of high school program where I can take classes in the community college and earn credit and I want to sign up for Physics. I’m also going to take Calculus in another college because my school doesn’t offer that either (obviously not that great of a school) and the commute from one university to another on the same days would be difficult (considering I can’t drive yet), but not impossible.

Would colleges still see on my transcript that I took a physics class online at the CC and take into consideration my situation? Is it better to attend the lecture classes? Also, should I take the physics lab with it (where the only available one for me is at night and ends at 10 PM) or can I just put that off until the next semester?
