<p>I'm a little confused about the way the online recommendations work. When you submit your teacher's info, they get an email - what exactly does that email contain? Does it contain a particular school's recommendation supplemental form?</p>
<p>For Common App, you enter the teacher’s email address and they will receive an email with login information or the ability to choose to do recs on paper. And all schools use the same teacher evaluation form on the common app</p>
<p>That is not the Common App Teacher Evaluation form, check on their website to see how they want you to send it in. You might be able to submit it online, or you might have to mail it in</p>
<p>Some Common App members maintain their own applications and recommendation forms, but they agree to accept Common App forms and treat them identically. You should feel free to use the Common App Teacher Evaluation.</p>
