In the Student Center in your Onestart under “Academic Planning”, then under “Academic Advising Report” it has this section:

Special Courses

Remedial courses do not count toward the Kelley degree in any way.
SLST-T courses do not count toward the Kelley degree in any way.
A total of four credits of HPER-E may be used for General Education Supplemental or Degree Supplemental credits.
A total of four credits of MUS-X 0-level courses may be used for A&S in the 27-hour Core or General Education Supplemental credits.

CSCI-A 110 may count as N&M only if it is taken before BUS-K 201. (RQ 15073)

So, yes, you would have to take A110 first for it to count as an N&M. Then you might take PSYC P101 Intro Psychology for your second N&M class. This would give you two N&M classes that are not very difficult and don’t have traditional types of labs. And A110 is a very easy grading N&M class, with a class gpa of 3.4 in Spring 2010. Half the people that finished the class (250 out of 499) got an A or an A+. And the class introduces you to Excel and Access, which are the main applications covered in K201.

You could also call Kelley and ask to speak to the on-call adviser, who would probably tell you what the Academic Advising Report says. (812) 855-0611.

I think A110 is a good deal especially for non-direct admits, as it is easy grading and prepares you for the tough grading K201.
