Online student living a block from campus?

This is similar to my last post but i’ve gotta ask. I’m a Penn State Worldwide student and i’m going crazy being stuck at home. I have the opportunity to live with 3 friends a block from the University Park campus and i’m seriously considering it. Are there any potential problems or obstacles i’m missing? am i going to feel like a part of the community or left out? are people going to judge me for it?

Nobody will judge you and they won’t care either unless you tell them all the time. Many classes are online anyway so it’s not like you’ll stick out like a sore thumb. You can buy food at the food court with cash and you could be someone’s guest and pay something like $6 for lunch.
However you must call PENN STATE ITSELF so that they can tell you whether, as a World Campus student living in State College, you’ll be able to access Pattee Library, use the wifi, and buy a “commuter meal plan”.
