online teacher rec question

<pre><code>right I'm taking a gap year and applying for 2011 (fall) but was wondering if I get my teachers to complete the recommendations online when I get back this september when the new 2011 apps are up would the date on the recommendation change if I haven't sent any of the app off?

<p>After they submit their recommendations they won't be sent to the university until I send my application right?</p>

<p>Common App Online refreshes each June in preparation for the upcoming school year. No applicant information is carried over, so anything your teachers enter into the online system would be lost at that point.</p>
