Only 1/2 Honor classes Freshmen Year

So, basically at my highschool the only possible honor classes for freshmen year were H/Algebra 2 and H/English 1. Since I didn’t do so well in geometry (C-) in 8th grade, I didn’t really do Honors, but did regular Algebra 2. Is having only H/English for freshmen year okay?

Will this hurt my chances of trying to get into a top college or university? Will they be fine with a 4.5(if I do manage to) instead of the potential 5.0 I could aim for since I didn’t take one of the honor classes.

All you can do is the best you can. Make sure you are taking classes that are at the right level for you.
Geometry is usually a freshman or sophomore course…so clearly you were not quite ready for it. So now do as well as you can in your classes so maybe you can jump up to Honors. But don’t get too ahead of yourself with the classes.
There will be a college for you…don’t worry.
