Only 1 SAT subject test.. Any top univ that will take me?

Most top univ I've looked at all require subject tests except Stanford and a college at Cornell..
Does anyone know where else does not require subject tests?

Plenty don’t—UChicago, Emory, Wash U. come to mind quickly, there are probably others.

There are schools that require just the SAT or just the ACT–for example, USC.

Also, there are schools that require either the SAT and a certain number of SAT subject tests, but which will substitute the ACT with writing for all of these. Yale falls into this category.

Then there are colleges that have certain schools (majors) that require SAT IIs while there are other schools (majors) at the same college that don’t require any SAT IIs or that require fewer SAT IIs than the other school (major). As you have already pointed out, Cornell falls into this category. Another top school that also falls into this category is Coopers Union.

Then there are schools that require multiple SAT IIs in every case–such as Harvard, MIT, the University of California campuses, and NYU.

I’m not aware of any summary of this information for the top 50 or top 100 universities. You’ll just have to check out the website for each university in which you have interest.

or you can check out the universities that have no SAT policy at all

you can also still sign up for the SATII’s until tomorrow for a late fee
