Relieved of all peer pressure, I have two questions for you all.

One, if today the admission committee said that, due to the donation of an extra room by an alumni, they would let you decide to take one more person that's not yourself and is on the CC forum, who would you take?

Two, if today the admission committee said that, due to space limitations, they could let you decide to reject a CCer from the accepted (assume all got in), who would you choose?

Please, have no pressure and assume that you were accepted. Be honest, lol!

He got in Early Decision but is going to try to get out of the contract that he signed and apply to Harvard because he just found out that his uncle has job there...so he thinks he can get in there now. It just sucks for all of the people like OMZ and PK who REALLY wanted to get in and got deferred!

Which is actually likely, because these schools take the ED contract seriously and he would be breaking it, and you bet they talk to each other!

Calculus may very well end up getting rejected at both if he pulls any sort of crap. The ED contract is serious, and I dont think they'll fall for the financial aid excuse. If you dropped out and then went to a state school with low tuition, or a school where you got a full scholarship, then it would be more feasible. But dropping ED to subsequently apply to Harvard and pay serious cash just wont cut it.

He will be getting himself into deep sh it if he pulls this.

I would take OMZ for the first one, and also PK, because he can just get inside her suitcase or something.

But I just want everybodyyyy to get in.
And yeah, Calculus frustrates me a lot...especially because he's a Hispanic applicant (like me) and he's fairly rich (unlike me) and he might have taken away a spot from someone who is like me by using the "Hispanic-card." I don't know, frustrating.
