After my junior year, I will have completed 5 science classes. (Honors Physics, Honors Chemistry, Honors Anatomy, Honors Biology, and AP environmental science). However, I am not applying with a science related major. Would it be a good idea for me take take an AP science senior year? (ex: AP bio) or a college science class such as intro college physics (much easier than our bio class at school).

However, I'm not sure if many colleges would like that I only took APES as my AP science. Are college science classes viewed the same as AP?

Well, do what’s best for you! Just because everyone else takes it doesn’t mean you have to as well, especially if you’re not going into science. AP Bio is a lot harder than APES, so unless you’re either really good at or really into biology, I wouldn’t take it just because you want to look good to a college.

As long as you are challenging yourself (which you are with all the Honors classes), you’ll be fine. Take an AP in whatever interests you and keep your GPA up. (And generally AP classes tend to help it climb even higher)
