Only feel pain (ache) in one arm....

<p>I did my first workout in 2 months (worked on upper body) and I did a lot of arm excersises but oddly enough, I only feel pain in my right bicep and no pain in my left bicep. Is it because I use my right arm more (I write with my right hand,etc)? Does this mean I maybe doing something wrong?</p>

<p>Maybe you should switch to your right arm for when you have to… uh… take care of yourself.</p>

<p>I got injured really badly over the Summer. This is why you should not be approaching physical facilities without a personal trainer with you.</p>

<p>what workouts did you do? How many lbs? how many reps? how many sets?</p>

<p>did you strain it? or is it just sore?</p>

<p>and why the hell are you asking these people???</p>
