Only two years' of history?

<p>Is it ok to only take two years' of history in high school for some top 25 colleges? Our requirement is two years and we only have AP U.S. and also I don't like history that much, but how would people see if i'm only taking two years' of history on the transcript?</p>

<p>They would see you as another dime a dozen kid that is good at math and science but not much else.</p>

<p>I only took two years of history (AP Euro and AP US) because my school only offers 2 history courses. If you take some other social science classes (psych, econ, gov), then it should be fine.</p>

<p>As LazyAznBoY said, so long as you take other social science classes, you’ll be fine with 2 years of history. Take a year of psych, econ, gov’t - something like that. You’ll be fine.</p>
