Oops, Academic history mistake in application - should I correct this?

For my senior year courses, I listed Contemporary World Issues (Not Honors) for a 2nd semester course I’m supposed to take for IB. I found out that it’s really called 20th Century Topics and it is an IB level course. Since it’s a class in 2nd semester senior year, does it matter? I don’t want to annoy the UC admissions offices by sending a letter to correct this if it doesn’t make a difference, but I don’t know if it makes a difference.
And it’s already two weeks after the application deadline… Help, please! :)

Yes, this correction should be made however the UC campuses choose to have it corrected; each one most likely will have a different process. We don't want to see that your self reported record is different from the final transcript that will arrive in the office during the summer.
Please let me know if you applied to Davis and I'll explain how to make this change for our campus.
