I had my teacher recommendation forms sent about a month and a half before I submitted my application to Cornell. After I submitted the application, I was able to check the status, and according to Cornell, they had my application but not my recommendations.

So, about three days later, I talked to my teachers and had them resubmitted. That night, online Cornell showed that they did have my recommendations- apparently they had found the recommendations and filed them with my application (I think it is safe to assume that they found the recommendations, as 5 hours is not enough time for a letter to get from Florida to New York).

So it looks like Cornell will be getting an extra copy of each of my teacher recommendations. Is this serious, or should I just not even worry about it?
