Oops...

Okay so on the common application I listed that I was going to be taking linear algebra at a local community college, but due to budget cuts and all that nonsense, there wasnt enough room for me to take the class. Was i supposed to have notified Dartmouth, and is it too late to do so now? I already got a likely letter and everything, but this wont have them rescind my admissions, right?

does anyone know?!?!

I was supposed to be taking a French class at a community college during second semester. When I notified colleges that had already accepted me, I did not receive a letter of rescindment. But I did notify them in January, when MYR went out. Notify them immediately. Call tomorrow and see what is necessary.

okay thank you soo much… shoot im so scared now…

I really cannot imagine that they would rescind you for not taking a single course that you were not allowed to take. Presumably your entire application did not hinge on this one demonstration of academic enterprise.

If you dropped several of your AP or other tough classes second semester, that could be a different matter.

I wouldn’t worry about this. Just let them know, but I really don’t think that this should have any meaningful effect.

thanks guys i really appreciate your help :)
