<p>25-30 is the 25-75 range for UNC.</p>
<p>So I’d say around a 30-32 is good for an OOS applicant.</p>
<p>so if i was an oos applicant with a 29 on my ACTs do you think i have a shot of getting in?</p>
<p>I would say it would be difficult but not hopeless…really strong recs and essays could be a difference maker. Also hate to say it but being male might make a difference…latest enrollment stats are still decidedly unbalanced as far as female/male ratio is concerned.</p>
<p>i got in with a 29 ACT as an OOS. it’s possible.</p>
<p>As I said in my prior post, being male certainly helps with the 29 ACT.</p>
