anyone receive a rejection or an admission from OOS yet? Anyone notice a pattern of when things happen? every Friday?

It seems like decisions about majors are posted to MyStatus on Friday afternoons. So get ready to check later today! I don’t know about admission decisions as my daughter was an auto-admit. Last year the final admissions decisions were posted to MyStatus on February 21…also a Friday. If UT follows the same schedule this year, it’s only 6 more weeks before everyone finds out their UT decision.

My son is a junior at UT and we are from IL. He heard the Friday of President Day weekend while at another school for an admitted student program. Now my younger son is awaiting his UT decision. It wasn’t just OOS students who heard that late, either.

I was wondering the same thing! I’ll try to stop checking every 6 hours now that I know it could be weeks!
