<p>I would have to say 40% chance. 3.6 and a 1300 just wont do it imho. Unless your Uncle and Aunt are money players at UVa the letters won’t have any impact.
Nice EC’s but not enough to overcome the 3.6. PA is not considered tough when compared to NoVa and 4 AP/IB is not killer when IB diploma applicants abound. Those numbers should get you into Penn State though.</p>

<p>Ouch! Sorry, I have to agree with vistany. 4 AP/IB, I believe, will not be viewed as challenging enough for those competing for UVA admission. The legacy status will help you, but only so far. You’ve got a shot, but it’s not a shoe-in. You’re on the edge dude!</p>
