OOS Chance?

<p>I visited Delaware during the Saturday Discovery program a few weeks ago and was really impressed. It's a terrific school and one of the few that I'm really considering closely. Any thoughts on my stats and if I have a good shot?</p>

<p>SAT - 1960 (1310 CR/M)
GPA - 3.95 W (3.2 UW) - Virtually all honors classes with 5 APs Junior and Senior years
Top 15% of class
Lead Pianist in the Jazz Band 10-12
Athletics - Freshman Football, three years of varsity golf 10-12
VP Fundraising for Recycling Club 11-12
Other activities too, but those are the highlights

<p>What major are you interested in? Some majors at UD are extremely difficult to get into.</p>

<p>I was there on the 24th…it was the hottest day of the year, but a great experience. </p>

<p>For a major, I’m leaning to business, but I may go undecided so I can explore a lot of options. Is it a problem to apply more generally than to a specific major?</p>

<p>Delaware is such a small state, they take the majority of their student body from OOS. Thats really not an issue at all.</p>

<p>Ahh, I was there on the 17th. It was pretty nice weather, they said the first weekend they did it, it was pouring the whole time.</p>
