OOS chances for UVA! :~)

Hey CC gang!! I’m an OOS early action applicant - given my stats and such below, what do you guys think my chances of being accepted to UVA are?

Objective

SAT I: 1550, English: 770, Math: 780

ACT: n/a

SAT II: Math II: 760, Math 1: 740

Weighted GPA (out of 4.0): 5.1

Unweighted GPA (out of 4.0): 3.86 (4 Bs but in classes unrelated to my intended major)

Rank (percentile if rank is unavailable): top 10%

AP scores: I’m an IB student so not many AP tests, haven’t taken most IB tests

All years I’ve taken the most rigorous courses available but with a free period - I didn’t realize that this would adversely affect me until a bit late!

I am also applying to UVA, and I think you have a good chance. The only thing that could potentially limit your chances is your unweighted GPA. However considering your weighted GPA and your AP and IB classes, you should have a decent chance of getting in. Your application is very strong, but the competition for out of state students is insane. Good luck!
