OoS chances for UVa?

I'm an Asian male (yeah, I know it's basically the same as a white male applying). PLEASE be very harsh. I mean, as harsh as possible, and maybe OVERLY harsh. Oh, and does UVa take best individual scores for the SAT? Because I screwed up big time in math, the first time I took it.

ACT: 33 (first time, plan on taking them again)

SAT: 760 V 700 M (screwed up big time), 700 W (suck at it) (first time) Going to retake as well.

Should I put in my SATII scores?

Got a 4.0 unwieghted and by the end of senior year, I will have 8 AP classes plus a lot of honors classes. 2nd in class rankings.

ECs: Played piano for 11 years, won a few local competitions.

Started a tutoring program for a Middle School. (also where my volunteering comes from)
Founded an official Asian Culture Club at our school.
On Varsity Tennis for 2 years.
On School Counsel (not class) for two years, this year I am the school president.
In Jazz Choir
In Orchestra for two years.
Got an intership in a neurological research institution here.
Helping a lab overseas do research.
NHS and ForLangHS (of course)

Thanks!

youll do fine

Everything looks pretty good. Getting your SAT scores up would certainly help, and you can probably go up 50-100 points fairly easily. Your grades are perfect and your class rank is strong, so there's no weakness in that respect. Make sure to spend time on your essays to make them as good as possible. Good luck!
