OOS Chances????

I am looking to attend Irvine, but would also like to know my chances for other UC schools.

I am a Junior and I got a 178 on the PSAT (57-reading 63-math 58-writing). I am going to take an SAT class and study ridiculously to boost my score. My my gpa is currently a 3.81 I was ranked 45/390 at the beginning of the year but I think my rank has since increased, but probably not by much. I come from an elite MA public school that has about 7-8% attend top 25 universities including ivys.

I'm in National Honor Society, Student Council, and Key Club. I hope to join my school's DECA, which ranks annually in national competitions, as well as International Relations.
I will be in Spanish Honor Society and I will probably run for president or high position in it and probably another position in National Honor Society.
I have about 50 hours of community service.
I play the guitar and I run spring and indoor track and have since Freshman year. I also played baseball from 9th to 10th grade. I play tennis at a local club but I don't know if that counts for anything. I am also a first-generation college student

All of my core classes (including Spanish) are honors. At my school, we are only allowed to take one AP class Junior year and none freshman and sophomore years, so I am taking AP US History this year (pretty much the only choice for Juniors).

Also, if you have any suggestions to help improve my application that would be awesome.

for an instate resident, i would say you are fine (make sure ur gpa stays where it is, junior year is easy to mess up on) and get your real SAT scores in. im not sure how much harder it is for an out of state resident to get in though. that being said, you will need as much help as you can get then.

you're doing pretty good
keep up the good work
i bet you can get in easily
