OOS is so darn hard - what's my chances?

"ok either your school is way too easy or your a genius with those grades haha..or perhaps an EXTREMELY devoted student XD

"how would you possibly not get in?""

I'd guess the school has some grade inflation. A 97 in AP Euro and 4 on the exam? Either that or the OP just had a bad day during that test or got screwed on the essay topic or something.

we don't have easy grades...i just do better in classes than on tests. (learning things in increments versus the whole course) just my learning style. and i write good papers and the ap euro class was like 60% papers 40% tests.

O RLY? Good luck in college.

where are you going to college, cavalier or where do you go now?

I am an Echols Scholar at the University of Virginia.

"I am an Echols Scholar at the University of Virginia."

I like that response.

no sarcasm.

Something about being known as cavalier302 and being the UVA guru of this forum just gives me the idea that he was a UVA student, GetOuttaBuffalo. Oh and ditto on the test comment. 90% of your final grade for a class is tests. I say 90% because there are many that are 100% and a few that like to include homework/labs.
