<p>ACT 32 is far from sufficient for the top scholarships. Last year, the threshold for the President Scholarship was 35 that some students got it and some didn’t.
You are in the range for admission though.</p>
<p>I do not know if the selection criteria has changed drastically from what was used in 2013, but my OOS son with a 28 ACT, 3.87GPA, Salutatorian of his class (Top 2%), Class Treasurer, NHS secretary, team captain in 3 different HS varsity-level sports (wrestling, football and baseball) and other leadership stuff received a Presidential Scholarship for entry in the Fall of 2013. We are convinced that the selection criteria were/are not entirely GPA & ACT. It would appear to me that, given your extra-curricular activities, your chances are as good or better than many.
