OOS. Should I even apply?

Since it's a little harder for us OOSers to get it in, would I still have a decent chance?
Any thoughts would be appreciated =)

Have you considered trying for the IVY league? If not, I think you would be much better off at USC because they're very generous when it comes to financial aid.

I am trying for some Ivy Leagues, but I heard out of state UC was possibly less of a financial burden than some of the Ivies.

I'm just not sure if I should apply to UCLA or UCB since I'm out of state.

why not apply to both? its the same application

no i mean i'm not sure if i should apply to both of them.
not either/or.
lol.

how are UCs less of a burden financially for OOS? its like 45k. same as iives.

Really? My friend told me when she got accepted last year that they were at least 5,000 cheaper.
Doesn't matter anyway.
What I was trying to say was that the pricing was similar to Ivies.

you should apply everywhere you feel you would want to attend because you appear to have a good chance at just about any school.

ohh miss zanna:

UCLA: Match (out of state)

Yeah..you have a great chance to get in here..good luck!

You're a match, assuming you do engineering too. Hmm applied to Rice too ?

No, if you live near Rice like I do, you either love it or hate it.
Unfortunately, I'm close to hating it.
Not trying to offend any Rice fans, of course.

Yeah...I wanted to move away for college..:D
