OOS transfer

Freshman at a very well respected school in the Northeast. Admissions chances there are between UNC in state and out of state. Problem is that even though I like it there, it is a private school and my parents really cant afford 50+ a year for school.

Stats:

SAT- 670 verbal 730 writing 750 Math
HS GPA- 3.7 UW, 4.0 W, Top 10% at top flight public school
College- 3.53 GPA first semester
Recommendations and EC's are very solid.

I really want to go to UNC and regret not applying in HS. What do you think my chances are?

bump__

I think on the UNC website it said it does not matter if you are OOS or not for transfer, which would help, but I'm not positive about that.

yea im a prospective transfer also and I've heard that it doesnt matter as well

But they meet 100% of need for incoming students, including OOS, right? Do they do the same for transfers?
