<p>If you mean is OOS tuition the same whether you are a freshman or a senior, the answer is no…it’s all the same. It’s also the same whether you take 12 credit hours or 17+ credit hours. Tuition is the same between different colleges at UMD, as well.</p>

<p>Give or take a fee or two for a couple of majors. But I’m pretty sure those are a hundred tops.</p>
