<p>Brown immediately comes to mind. I don't think Johns Hopkins has too many requirements (a major, a writing requirement, and 30 other credits).</p>

<p>After a bit of searching, these have open curriculums/small cores: Brown, Grinnell, Vassar, Amherst, Hamilton, Smith, Hampshire, Oberlin, Bennington, Sarah Lawrence, Marlboro, and Pitzer</p>
<p>Wesleyan I think</p>
