I’ve been having trouble getting the page to load–almost every other time I try to log on, it’s unloadable.
You might want to take down the message that says “the college discussion forums are down for maintenance. Sorry for the inconveineince.”
That message has been up on the main page for days, but the discussions are up and working.

I tried to post something 2 different times and although from my end, it appeared to “go through”, it never showed up online…

Thanks for putting the time in to get things working. ED did not go well for a lot of kids we know and CC is a wonderful handholder for them as they struggle with their RD applications.

Moderators have there been any complaints about Viruses- being attached to CC site? I sent a couple of emails, which alerted the receiver that a trojan horse may be attached?

I send CC info regularly , and this is the first time this happened.
Since the down servers were replaced yesterday, there appears to be no “search” function.
Yeah the site is pretty lame if you can’t search.
There’s something wrong with the parent’s forum link-I can access Parent Cafe but not the regular Parent’s forum.
How are people now posting in the parent’s forum? Like Springfieldmom, I don’t have access to the parent forum, or the alphabetical list of colleges. I also can access the parent’s cafe.
Using AOL, I am not getting the parent forum, or the alphabetical listing of colleges. Using internet explorer, there does not seem to be a problem.
Thanks for narrowing down the problem, NEM; I’m here at work now using IE and there’s no problem…I’m wondering why AOL is blocking access to these forums?
