My sister is applying to Stanford this year. She has done so much in the community, I hate to see her dreams of going to Stanford shot down because of her lack of AP classes and/or ACT score.
I am looking for an honest opinion. Do you think she has a chance?

Here are some of her stats:
ACT Composite: 31
English: 34
Math: 32
Reading: 31
Science: 30

Race: Caucasian (Appalachian)<---at some schools this matters

There are no AP or Honors courses at our school because it is very small.
She has only received one B in her life, so her GPA is 3.91/4.00.
